I'm surprised how well it works for Bongo given his fucked up facial proportions.

It’s incredibly tempting to try and do this for an actual movie. Having actors actually talk and emote would be awesome

I was thinking the same thing. Best not to open that can of worms though unless I want to add ANOTHER ten years to my movie lololol

it would be a nightmare anyway, as far as i know you can only do this on still images

i've had this exact idea for a long time. maybe with post processing, but i don't see it being feasible with actual 3dmm. unless someone makes a program which turns gifs to 3cns

edit: this is what i was thinking of using. since you can record yourself talking and then have the 3dmm character mimic what you said in that video
