Ban Patryk?

Someone being "productive" or useful in other areas doesn't offset ban-worthy behavior. Just thought I'd leave that here so that everyone's on the same page going forward.

Also, it's really really not hard to NOT get banned. Like, ridiculously easy. Don't spam, don't be intentionally annoying, and, above all, don't forget to delete your NES ROMs before 24 hours is up or you will go to jail.
