Yes, this Nintendo DS advert from Japan was a bit controversial...

Because it had the song "Easy Breezy" by Utada Hikaru

and also, the singer is IN THESE ADS...

That's a pretty dumb controversy, both in terms of the original complaint, as well as her weird defense.
