Do you use commas too much???

It's happening to me both in school AND whenever I write thing sentences, it bothers the FUCK out of me but there's no way to get the point across without sounding like a madman/ using a run on sentence.

I don’t think so, but I do use the word “just” too much. Sometimes I look back at a message I’ve typed out and realise I’ve used it three times in two sentences and have to take two of them out.

Huh, Idk, is there really such a thing of using too much commas, I mean you can use too much sentences, and stuff, but commas, i don't know, maybe, you can misuse commas, thats for sure.
