Prop Needed: Birthday cake, Fire and Water

I saw on YouTube there, and there was a prop which is birthday cake and Fire, but I didn't get to find it, and it's nothing on here, even I searched on google.

Those aren't specific props (at least, not in the sense that they appear in the props menu). They were made by hand using shapes and 3d words. The cake, for example, was made with a squashed purple cylinder, with several yellow cylinders for the candles, and some rotating fire colored '0's for the flames.

Thanks, at least I could use Superdings to make this looks like that, but it's quite difficult when I first use it. I hope it looks better in making props like that.
