Help: Insufficient Memory to Run Setup

I Uses Windows 10 64-bit, Intel Core i5-4200U 1.60GHZ - 2.30GHZ, 8GB Ram, and When I first run 3Dmm Setup it works fine, then After I install 3dmm expansion, doraemon, Nickelodeon, v3dmm, and nocd 3dmm, and after I installed these, something goes wrong. It simply says "Oops error" every time I go into 3dmm. I tried to reinstall it, but it says Not enough memory again, even I deleted manually, and restarted my PC, same thing goes "There is insufficient memory to run Setup, Try closing any open applications or restarting windows.", even I ran Capability Options under Windows 95, it still doesn't work.

Any ideas to fix this?

How much hard drive space do you have left?

Did you use the Modern Installer?

Extract this with 7-zip and open the exe.

OK, I used the modern installer, it works, but it gives me an "Oops" error whenever I open up 3dmm. I can't close it and the screen always stays on top whenever I Tried to close it until I used Task Manager to close it.

That way doesn't fix.

Find a way to fix the "Oops" error, can you?
