How do i clear all of my mods?

i accidently downloaded a movie with alot of mods and i wanna clear of them when i choosed them it just deletes one.

Shift + up and down arrow keys is a shortcut for selecting multiple files

Wasn’t there a way to automatically remove all unused mods from the movie? Like, without going mod by mod?
