Error message

I signed up just to get some help. Yesterday, I opened up the program and it shows an error message. Before this, it was working fine. I got my copy from archive.org several months ago.
It won't close either. The only way to close it is by using Task Manager.
The error says this:
"Oops. We are having trouble getting the information we need from a file.
Try the following suggestions.
Make sure any disk you're using is correctly inserted in its drive.
Your computer's memory may be low. Switch to Windows (press CTRL+ESC) and close other programs.
Your computer's hard drive may be full. Switch to Windows (press CTRL+ESC) and move or delete unnecessary files."

This also happens when I start the Nickelodeon one as well.
Can someone help with this? Any help is greatly appreciated.

UPDATE: I deleted an OGG codec and it works!
