3DMM ERROR

i have reinstalled multiple times and this keeps happening

only happens with v3dmm too

Try setting compatibility mode to XP.

what I did is just delete the Microsoft kids folder and went through setup again and it worked

Alternatively, you could try using 3dmm on virtual machine here.
