My old short from probably 20 years ago

Hey guys Opheox here I dunno if anyone remembers me from back in the early 2000s.

An old friend of mine stumbled across one of my shorts on YouTube that I don’t even remember making to be honest but I figured I’d share it here.

It’s truly amazing that this site still soldiers on so many years later.

Hey, what's up! Man, watching that takes me back. I wish people still did shit like this. Every now and again we'll get something cool, but for the most part it's pretty low-effort stuff getting released.

Haha, awesome! It is a pleasure to watch old 3dmm clips like that. The production company was 1/5 the runtime and the credits were 1/3.

It has been a looong time since I saw a scene (that I hadn't seen before) with the stone/steel textures making up the entirety of a background.

It's also really fun how you can see into the director's mind back then-- the camera movements would be so frenetic and busy. But it's all there! 3dmm just doesn't really translate well at 6 frames per second.

Cool stuff!
