When I was ripping models from Source I had to export through a couple formats

I think I ended up exporting to fbx, importing to something like Milkshape, and then exporting to md2, and then fixing the md2 using Quake tools

It can be a bit of a pain sometimes

To be honest, Misfit 3D Model is easier for me to export stuff to md2.

yea but i am replacing an actors head. so would i have to export it to fbx and then convert it to obj?

ok so i figured it out. 40converter is deleting all the polygons

does anyone know why? ive tried reinstalling and redecimating the model. still ends up deleting alot of polygons

40Convert Version 2.2 is the best to use.

is there some kind of way i can reduce information on a model without reducing the polygons? that might work if there is some way

ok so it was something totally different. does the "gustave mouth closed" thing crash 3dmm? (DELETE)

forget this. heres my shitty mod that crashes 3dmm. i cant fix it because 40convert turns it into fallout 76. i have tried everything
