bullet/numbered list buttons don't work on chrome

Well the buttons work, but when you're using the pop up boxes to put ya list items in, it just keeps overwriting the same line. So you just end up with[/list]. Doin me head in.

Also make a chat box/splot machine on the home page.

i exclusively use chrome. contrary to pirate balloon's request, i would like the current behaviour to remain intact.
