Haven't really had the chance to give all the songs a listen, but 'Eat You Alive' is fantastic.

Although this isn't usually the style I listen to I really dig tracks 3/4/5. Production is killer all-round as well. Nice work, man!

nice. we are hearing a lot of people like beta, which, I really like, but it's totally the weirdest one, so I didn't expect that. my personal fav is the last track, disintegrate.

Look forward to listening to this later. In the meantime, both of you enter this week's 60 minute song contest.

Finally gave this a listen today. This is really beautiful work, guys. Love it. Favorite track is probably Eat You Alive, but that's only based on my initial listen. Tossed a few bux your way.

After further listening, I love all the songs, but Eat You Alive is still my favourite. Everyone I've let listen to it agrees that it has a Muse sound to it.

After giving a few listens I'm really liking this since this type of music is right up my alley (OK Computer era Radiohead if you don't mind the comparison). Awakening is still my favorite although I think I may prefer the rawness of the demo from a year ago with some of the other stuff left out.

Ash, do I need to send any info in for mailing address for the physical copy or is that still on record from MTS?

ya, we'll start emailing everyone that bought it pretty soon to gather addresses, but we should definitely have yours. i'll confirm with it with you before sending.

i looove that comparison. ok computer era radiohead? drool. (so it's not really a coincidence).

Awakening gives me kind of a Beck vibe, which I dig. Also, the girl on the cover reminds me a lot of my ex, which gives it kind of a hauntingly beautiful quality.

that's pretty interesting and certainly the effect i was going for. i went through a lot of relationship stuff over the past year (breed told me i probably have the most complicated love life of anyone he knows) and pretty much every song is related to that. for example," beta" is a based on a creepy guy that stalked my girlfriend and myself. "awakening" is about getting completely and utterly stoned (and was partially written from that state) with her. i tried to base everything off real life experiences this time around.

anyway, beck! i defended beck from the kanye west fueled haters this year everywhere i could. although, the album that should have won a grammy is sea change, goddammit.
