He obviously isn't a bot like a few people have said, considering he has made posts like this:

all of his posts were just copies of older posts. that one was a copy of this one from September 2012. pretty good strat though, I was fooled too. I'm impressed Bown figured him out so fast.

Oh no wait I remember what it was. He asked for a Formula 1 car in one thread and Dustin said "Done." which led me to think "oh did someone already make one?" and search for it and find the original thread.
