Server Migration Complete

I successfully migrated the forum to a new server today. The primary reason for this was to downgrade PHP to be more compatible with the version of vBulletin we are running. We're also now on a VPS, so as a bonus, you hopefully will see some improvements in overall performance.

I am still planning on switching to new and better forum software in the future, but that is still quite a ways out. For now, please let me know if you notice any odd behavior or problems with the site that you think may be related to the migration.
