"Invalid Thread specified."

I want to try and upload some mods, but each time I try I just get this message...

"Invalid Thread specified. If you followed a valid link, please notify the administrator"

Is there something wrong?

Yeah, after submitting a mod an admin/moderator has to check it, then its available to the public
