Humble THQ Bundle

http://www.humblebundle.com/

Saints Row The Third, Darksiders, Metro 2033, Red Faction and Company of Heroes... Pretty good deal!

I haven't heard many good things about the last Red Faction.

And demo was utterly frustrating.

I love the idea but I'm pretty sure I don't like any of these games.

wow thats pretty great

looks like THQ is in financial trouble

saints row the third was really fun for a while, could have been a good base game to build on top of with great DLC, but then they released the shittiest DLC ever and said they couldn't add any more weapons cause of memory limitations. still, that game alone is worth $10. but really how did they kill gat when he was all over the promotional stuff. the story was also so amazingly shitty compared to saints row 2's badass story

Having played 2 after 3, I feel it would have been amazing to have the 3rd with a slowly evolving story like in 2 (I do LOVE the over-the-top stuff, but it all seems to happen really quickly and seems to not have as much...soul)

REALLY fun game though.

From what I've read, this seems to be more about helping ease THQ's debt than send anything to the developers, who've long since been laid off. A nice gesture to a struggling publisher, but a strange use of the Humble Bundle brand.

Of course, if you just want the games and don't care about any of that, it's a great deal. But it's interesting if you follow this kinda stuff.

haha, I bought a punch of Christmas presents using Paypal and they're doing a 5% cashback thing on purchases. I had a 7.50 in my paypal account, so it didn't end up costing me a thing.
