How do the cameramen go undetected in the TV show 24?

I just started watching 24 yesterday and I was told that the events happen in real time. I like the story, but how do they explain the cameramen not being seen by the bad guys? The people who film it are obviously not invisible. i thought this was a huge plot hole

actually you're right, whoever that guy was with Raphael from Soul Calibur as his avatar, he probably would have bought 24 through the link.

edit: something Marlow!! I just remembered
edit2: unless this is Bryce Farlow morphed into another name accidentally

the ironic thing about the OP is if you have ever seen the first season of 24, you can see the cameramen ALL THE TIME

i remember there was a scene in an interrogation room and in one of the parts, you could see this huge camera and its tripod AND the crewman on it sitting right behind the interrogation room's table clear as day. it was the worse instance i've ever seen an error like that ever

I don't understand because I've never watched 24. Is it just an error because it was shot by idiots, or is there something special about the way they film it that makes them slip up like that?

Cameras A and B moving around too much, I think? They did a lot of handheld/steadicam shooting, and probably veered into each other's paths/fields of vision.

I don't recall seeing that many camera dudes on 25 though...I remember one really glaring one on both Battlestar Galactica and LOST.
