Haha, Bad Robots looks cool.

And Frederick: dude... impressive. I tried something like that once, and just threw in the towel; couldn't make it work. I look forward to seeing it completed.

@Dan: tell us more about your game man!

Do you guys have problems staying focused on a singular project?
Every time I make a little bit of progress on anything, I kind of say to myself "Nice work, Don! And now to work on this entirely unrelated random thing!"

I realised tonight I have about a half-dozen uncompleted projects sitting around. I'm never going to finish any of them at this rate

seeing as I've been working on the same damn thing for a year and a half, no. I understand your behavior though, it's getting pretty tiring!

i've got an exam on monday which i'm currently revising for. after that i've pretty much finished my first year at university. in the mean time i have been writing various treatments/character profiles for a project compromising of various individual stories, which i've developed subtle links connecting them to one another. i'm just explaining it in the big picture, obviously i'm focusing more on developing the first story as a project in it's own right.

it is infact a reboot of Deputy, to those who don't know or remember; it was the first 3dmm movie i released here. the original film was just a stupid juvenile attempt at making a superhero movie, this reboot is a complete rework including the story (including it's connections to other stories), characters and overall vibe and direction. it's a much darker and realistic reimagining of the concept i created about ten years ago.

the other stories aren't superhero related, i'm aiming to make them go in entirely different directions, you wouldn't believe that these characters have a subtle but deeply linked connection. while it's inspired very much by the marvel universe and doctor who universe, i am slowly developing more genuine ideas that are an original idea or twist in it's own right. i think when further developed, it could be a very cool series.

also during the summer i'm aiming to finish and release hopefully two or three 3dmm movies which have been lying around and need wrapping up and sending off.

Haven't seen this, but it kind of reminds me of Edvard Munchs Human Mountain.

I was in the middle of doing two pieces of music for the graduate fashion show at my girlfriend's uni (catwalk music for both her collection and our friend's)

ran out of time on the friend's music and sadly the music I did for my girlfriendwas approved by the uni then rejected by one of the tutors the next week which was annoying. was some electro-swing track to fit the 20's style she's designed in, and I've always hated electro swing but it's still disappointing to make some and have it rejected haha

Her collection is being featured at graduate fashion week in London too with all the unis in the country so having it played there would have been sweet

finishing the friend's track anyway though, will post them in the gallery at some point hopefully.

for the last year and a half i've been writing a novel. 97,000 words at the moment, with just the last act to write. before christmas i plan on having my first draft done, then a couple of months editing and refining (i say "1st draft", but the amount i've re-written and changed and cut and skewered is already insane) and in spring 2013 the goal is to have it ready to send to literary agents
