{Arts and Crafts Megathread 2012}

So yeah, I dabble in crafts. I do lots of crafts actually. My bad ass mum got me into them. She made this bad boy when she was pregnant with me.

Fucking dragon and shit.

Anyway, I'm not sure that crafts are really art. I'm not brave enough to post things I have made in the Art Gallery. But I am stupid enough to post things in The Testing Forum, so here it is.

I'll add to it as I make more.

Harry Potter scarf I knitted for my friend (I didn't get a finished photo, the random bits of wool on the sides get sewn in).

This is a ring pillow I made for our wedding rings for our wedding.

These are my bridesmaids bouquets I made.

Seating chart I made.

A pencil case I made my best friend. It was my first attempt, I've made a heap since and they are slowly getting better.

My veil

Some average christmas decorations from a few years ago.

Some silk flowers I tried.

Anyway I will add more later. There's been alot of things I never took photos of too, which is a shame.

come on, put what you want people to read at the TOP, you can't stick in meaningful text in between pictures, that's just callous

Art gallery is chill.

You really should have made this there. I really want to do what you did with the jars and the music sheet. It's really cool.

Your mum's dragon is amazing.

Loving the dog's scarf and the hats. Everything is awesome. Make something 3dmm-related.

That's all cool. The wedding stuff is really nice. I love stuff that's a bit more unique rather than a lot of mass produced, traditional white coloured wedding stuff.

me and the wife would have loved those bouquet thingies for ours.

good stuff.

Loving the doodles, and your felt stuff is particularly fantastic. I'm really not just saying it as some misogynistic joke, but you'd probably be really great at cake decoration too with the sense of design and colour and layering stuff you've got with the felts. Something to try maybe?

I get what your saying, but it's not really my cup of tea. I had a go at the cupcakes for our wedding and it drove me nuts hahaha. I enjoy working with textiles because they don't die I guess
