October 28 - Trick Or Treat
 

The first film of the Festival. Just wanted to get it started tonight... am off to bed shortly and haven't even seen this yet. But enjoy. :) Just a note, please get your entries in so I can slot them into the program.

Graphics: Well, although it was a quick chain, i still expected better. I've seen some of Bown's and Doughboy's stuff and i know they can both do better, I don't particularly mind the use of default scenery though, it's more the animation glitches that show through that bugged me. 3/10

Sound: Not much to say, the voices were pretty standard, if a bit crackly. 5/10

Movie: I was expecting little more than a quick chain with a few laughs. The movie was rather lacking in this, although the Queer through time thing raised a small smile

On the other hand, the "hit on the head with a shovel" bit just annoyed me, it was too much of a rip-off of stuff like Ruiz's "Stabbing me in the face" thing4/10

Overall: 4/10

Stupid. Very very stupid. Sorry guys but this was just not funny. What's with all the gay bashing as well? And the shovel bit did drag on way too long. Reminds me of something I would've made back like 5 years ago. Oh well, better luck next time.

I can honestly say that I don't like this movie. I didn't really want to post it. But Tom insisted so he sent it in.

I don't really think that it's all that funny either. I don't like the animation either. Even Replay has somthing on this. I think this movie could have been so much better.

But our December FF movie will be better. We just made this to kind of take a break from the movie we're making.

So yeah. Continue to insult and or hate this movie.

It took alot of dedication for me to watch this movie from start to finish, and was it worth it? Hell no. the only thing remotely funny in this movie is listening to your guys retarded prepubescent voices, and even that wears thin after about 2 minutes, after that I just wanted to strangle both of you. Also there was no distinction in any of the voices making it very annoying to listen to.

Take my advice and don't ever make a comedy again. And don't attempt voice acting again until your testicles drop. Thank you.

Ok, it's a real chore to watch 3d movies because I have to download, find a CD, burn it onto a cd, take it to my room, copy it from the CD and watch it. So for the sake of saving myself some aggravation is there anything, anyone has to say about this movie that is remotely positive?

Hahahaha! This movie was fucking brilliant. I laughed my ass off at almost everything. First you have to take into hand that everyone is dissing the movie because 2 hated members made it. But once you look passed that, you laugh at all the stupid shit in it. Yes, it was gay, but it was so bad it was good.

i saw it... it was... not great. the default scenery kind of added to the non-appeal. and voice-acting wise, I think that those of you who have voices that haven't broken yet should either find other people or just do young children roles. just an observation.

The 'Queer through Time' movie was originally made by Fat Puppy (Shit, I forgot to put that in the credits.), and then Doughboy added the other bit.

Dear god. That was the worst piece of shit I've ever seen. Whoever recorded that shovel monologue should be shot.

It seemed to be a cheap ripoff of Daddy's House, but since you guys admitted it, it's all good.

It's not a comedic masterpiece, but a couple parts actually did make me snicker. Some jokes were blatantly copied from Daddy's House though, which brought it down a bit (recycled jokes are never funny). But I'm glad that one of my movies has actually managed to inspire another, no matter how badly everybody else hates it!

A couple parts were mildly humerous. It doesn't deserve the 'zero' rating that many people are giving it. I'd say it falls somewhere on the mediocre line.

In Daddy's House, the two guys raped the totem pole.

I thought that was the mummy...was it both?

Yes, they were both raped. When the black guys approached the totem pole, it cut to a black screen and you just heard the sound effects. I didn't know if people would know whether he was getting beaten or raped, but yeah... it was rape.
