alright i caved and watched this...and let me tell you, i do not regret it.
some extremely impressive stuff happening here, some of the things that especially stood out as being astoundingly well done was the rope animation, getting flung off the sleigh + when he hangs down the chimney and that glorious camera movement when santa comes into the kitchen shooting, that was next level and i was extremely impressed watching it!! Overall i enjoyed the tone and pacing of this flick, great stuff.

Woah, I definitely regret putting off watching this for this long. Incredible! I had no idea you had developed your animation this much. The scenery was great, the camera movement was phenomenal and did wonders to elevate the action, you got lighting effects down in a way that I've never been able to. All the old tricks are there! Seriously, man, good work. That one shot Nixon referred to where he's running down the hall (1:16-1:22 in the youtube video) was one of the best attempts I've ever seen at recreating action style handheld camera movements. That kind of thing was all over this movie and made it so much better. My only complaint is that I didn't understand how the main kid got his eyes shot out.

But yeah, awesome stuff! Can't wait to see more from you.
