This is my first movie I want to publicly release

Not good. Part of what makes a 3DMM movie worth posting here is the idea that you want to let others see it, and that you're putting your best work forward. As hard as it may seem, don't release stuff like this. It's not worthy of being posted here. Instead, look at some of the movies listed here, and de-construct how they're done by opening the 3mm/vmm's and looking at some of the techniques used.

Additionally, you can try and animate things by dragging them with the mouse tool, advancing a frame, and then dragging it again and advancing another frame. This is how most animation is done.
