Here's an idea with regards of the Public Uploader
 

Since We don't even have a public uploader on 3dmm.com, I came across the tutorial video of how to create a File Upload form to create a public uploader for everyone to upload 3dmm movies and mods:

Creating a file uploader is easy as pie. I could make one myself. However, it's where to store the files that may be troublesome. What if a person has a huge filesize? That could cause problems. What if you run out of space? How much money will it cost? In the end, Foone is planning to revive 3dmmtv soon. Until then, be patient.
