Mod submissions are approved based on technicalities of how V3dmm works. The biggest offender is shortnames - they should be unique.

A modder typically will add prefix or postfixes to the shortname, such as a derivative of their own name. A bad shortname is something like "tree.vxp". It is far too common for a name. A better shortname could be "hof_christmastree.vxp", hof is an abbreviation for the submitter and is followed by a more descriptive name, "christmastree".
