3dmm.tv is an archiving project by Foone which will host basically every 3dmm movie ever released on the internet.

Yeah. The goal is to have all movies, in a playable-without-3dmm form. Youtube uploads are too scattered, low quality, or they get deleted/silenced.

It's also eventually going to have neat features like higher-than-native resolution video

Will direct .3mm and .vmm downloads be available as well?

Yup.
