I'd just leave the front blank (of any text). I'd be more inclined to look at some cd with badass artwork, without any text, just out of curiosity. BUT THAT'S JUST ME.

Alright fellas. I realise that I am not pro at this. I don't claim to be, which is why I am asking for so much advice. We just don't have the budget to pay royalties to use some artwork.

I have a Photoshop .psd file which contains covers 3,4, and 5, all in different layers. If anyone wants to fix my text, or tamper with them in any way, that would be helpful to me. Even if you just want to taunt me, and show me how much better you are, that would be fine.

For reference, the owner and I have decided to use the red cover, so tampering with that one would be the most helpful to me.

yeah, actually, the text is really ugly and obtrusive. I'd eliminate it. and just load the back up with shit.

This is definitely the best one. Especially considering the name of the label.

Can you post the source image? If it was painted over manually, in place of the filters, it might looks really cool.

but seriously, i'd just have like, a small, discreet, "euphoric" on the front, and then have the info in the back. but i'm 15 and wouldn't know the first thing about marketing.

Yes, that is the tree I am barking up right now. Obviously too much text doesn't look good. I just have to find a compromise.

Anyways, I will give it some time to see if anyone is kind enough to come up with something for me. If not, I'll work on the red one a bit, and that will be it. It's being released on the 29th, so I don't have much time to continue trying new designs.

Yeah, I agree. I still don't think it needed work, though. Text formatting, however, could be an option.

But I really do like the colors of Taco's, I'm just not sure it works to the image's benefit

Another option, which is noticably better.... because it's not my artwork. It's a royalty free piece of art that I can use. The only issue is that it is public domain, so it could be used by anyone, for anything. It's 1 picture out a hundreds of thousands on that website though, so I doubt anyone would ever recognize. Especially since we are only pressing 50 discs or so, initially.

Probably the best one yet.
