Alright, so, I'm finally going to be on the "last video" tomorrow (I did the legs and back video yesterday and my legs can't move today, so yet another day of rest... ugh, did the ab stuff though, so it's something).

And, I dunno if this is a normal thing, but after sweating like a beast, when the sweat dries, my hair looks GORGEOUS. I should probably shower after, but sometimes I am too tired to stand so I sit for awhile and if the sweat dries, it makes me hair all sexy looking.

No, shampoo and conditioner are both complete shams. They don't do anything for your hair except wash out the natural oils that make your hair thick and healthy. You get those oils and minerals back when you sweat a lot. I will probably never stop using them though because I feel dirty without shampooing. I'm addicted.

I remember.. this had to have been 3 or 4 years ago or more.

Way back when, I used to just, aim and point directly into the toilet because I hated dealing tissues. well one time, after finishing, I took a moment to look at the spunk in the water.. and I noticed there were 3 or 4 sperms that were HUGE. Normally (obviously) you can't see individual sperms, but this time.. that's just what I saw. They were like teeny tiny tadpoles.
