This was Robert Domke's goodbye/welcome back movie in 2003. I do believe it was his last movie.

this is probably my favorite 3dmm short ever.

Gorosaurus 01-19-2008 11:37 PM

I've always really liked this one, too. It's so pointless and simple, yet it's got style and warmth. I think it is about as wonderful as shorts get at this much effort.

Kevitus 02-04-2008 11:02 AM

So good.

can anyone tell me the name of that domke's movie... i can't remember exactly what happened, but I do remember this scene, where a dead cat is on a table or something and it says "take your time to enjoy the most sensual things in life" or some stuff like that? i remember it was a really random short.

Kevitus 02-04-2008 03:22 PM

Yeah same for me. I don't think there is another mirror.

Robert Domke 02-05-2008 10:16 AM

Thank you for uploading this. But please, could you REMOVE my name from the THE YOUTUBE VIDEO.

Kevitus 02-05-2008 12:14 PM

Hahahaha. What's so bad about it?

It uses the doraemon expansion pack in that scene. Chances are it was made before the expansion was properly patched. There's a 3mm fixer somewhere that'll take care of it.

Santiago 02-05-2008 12:49 PM

damnit, too complicated, what a let down :(

Kevitus 02-05-2008 01:55 PM

I can't stop watching this short, simply amazing.

Deano 02-05-2008 06:19 PM

hahahah, I love it, what's the music?

Ned 12-12-2009 04:09 AM

This was awesome. I just discovered and watched it after exploring Domke's profile. Amazing the kind of self-marketing you can get from a simple perma-ban...

Kevitus 12-12-2009 12:55 PM

This and Drugheads are the movies we should remember Robert for.
This one is just brilliant.

Tuna Hematoma 12-12-2009 02:59 PM

I don't know where this from. It has some connection to Boards of Canada (they produced a track with this story and computer voice reading out the lyrics), but the animation seems to be from an extremely creepy Sesame Street vignette or something.
