Okay, so I've had a hellish and busy past 3 months. I wanted to finish this movie so bad, but wasn't getting any help and I had to much other things to do. But enough about me. Included in the zip: The original unedited first 16 minutes, a few in-development scenes, the incomplete script to help you understand it, and a font. It's rather large because I left it in multiple files, but for the record some useful vxps are in the movie. A football field, and the first Michael Jackson model (feel free to use).

Better host added (FileLodge)

Aaron Haynes 10-28-2006 11:37 PM

Actual worthwhile host added.

Aaron G 10-29-2006 12:53 AM

Thanks Aaron, I wouldve requested it, but your never online. Filelodge was the best one I could find.

Aaron Haynes 10-29-2006 01:34 AM

No problem. I'll watch this soon.

Sever 10-29-2006 02:13 AM

EXCELENT MOVIE, MY FAVORITE LINE WAS:

"ERROR: cant install expansion Fancy Lamp Post"

Aaron G 10-29-2006 02:21 AM

Just for kicks Sever, try removing it, then saving. I'm not sure I used it in any of those scenes.

Michael Sandford 10-29-2006 02:42 AM

mine has an error installing 'gravel'

but a good movie all the same.

Aaron Haynes 10-29-2006 02:48 AM

Yeesh, dude. The hell did you do when making these? HMC or I may need to look this file over.

Aaron G 10-29-2006 03:56 AM

maybe the file got corrupted, PM me a link to the toad uploader and ill send another one

Aaron Haynes 10-29-2006 04:22 AM

It's not a public uploader. You'll have to use a fileuploader and link to it here. But this would be pointless if we don't know what the problem is, and I doubt the file is simply corrupted. It sounds more like certain vxps are conflicting with other vxps, either through shortname conflicts, ID conflicts, duplicates, or mismatches in the file.

Aaron G 10-29-2006 04:32 AM

Shortname is possible, especially with gravel.vxp, but it worked for Sandford.

I did this... but one of the scenes didn't work :(

Kevitus 10-30-2006 12:59 PM

That doesn't work for me :'(

Aaron G 10-30-2006 06:00 PM

I'll figure something out later, and I was looking forward to actual commentary from a German, Kevituz.

Kevitus 11-03-2006 12:52 PM

So?

Orcus 11-12-2006 07:01 PM

Holy shit. This movie takes place at my school. Out of all the random schools you could've picked I find that hilarious.

Aaron G 11-15-2006 06:01 PM

Had I known that I may have been able to persuade you to help me with it.

Aaron Haynes 01-14-2007 07:11 PM

Did this ever get working for anyone?

Michael Sandford 01-14-2007 11:47 PM

I got it working apart from 1 scene

Orcus 01-14-2007 11:55 PM

I'm tempted to take pictures of the locations Aaron tried to recreate.

Yeah I got an error but it played no problem

Hey guys, been a while.
Glad to see some people actually care.

I'll try uploading some of the original files to see if they play better when I get the chance. I've been kinda busy to look at 3dmm.
