Good timing [HMC]. I was just about to start mining Lock 'N Toad for data for this one.

What ever happened to PP2? Wasn't it just days from being released at one point a year or two ago?

It was a serious consideration for the 2004 Winter Film Fest as I recall.

Which reminds me, I need to hunt down a copy of The Story of Kah-Lious.

That's because we didn't think we had *that* much left to do. I think both of us had some pretty hectic periods with a lot of work in real-life too. Not to mention the lack of motivation/interest in 3DMM, which (atleast for me) is coming back these days.

Oh, and I realized my work sucked, and I want to fix that.

Thanks for adding this, was just about to do the same after reading HMC's thread.

...So how about that Powerplay part 2 eh?

We really do want to finish it and quite a lot of it actually is finished, believe it or not. Finding the time and motivation is very hard however. Fortunately both Fred and I have a growing interest in 3dmm again over the past few weeks and we might get back into it now that the summer holidays have arrived.

I look forward to seeing it. Powerplay is freakin amazing. The first time I saw it I almost died.

The scenery in this one is still orgasmic. A classic, and PP2 better be coming. WE NEED IT.

Just out of a burning curiosity, what are the names of the songs at the beginning and ending credits in PP1? It's been bothering me forever.

I actually don't know, but I could check with Jorrit (even though we haven't spoken in years).

I hate to leave a series like this unfinished, but even if we did finish PP2, we would still have to make part 3 to make a proper closure, and I have a strong feeling that's never going to happen. Not to mention the fact that we're about three years late, and that the story is outdated by now. Although, I guess for nostalgic value...

I might also add that this has always been Jorrit's movie anyway, and that he did all the great parts.

Maybe you should get some fresh talent (e.g Michael Sandford & others) to do Part 2? Just a suggestion.

Why don't we get Michael Sanford to finish every series in 3DMM history.

This movie is great. Jorrit's incredible scenery gives it such an atmosphere. I watched it a bunch of times when it first came out.

I can still remember what the intro theme sounds like. It got stuck in my head for days after my first watch.

im going to be embarrassed when powerplay 2 comes out because i have a lil voice part in it that i did years ago

I was asked to do WILL MALTBY and i did a fucking SHITASS JOB, if they used it which i don't they did then UNNGGGGHGHKGGK

This would be a much better movie if Jorrit had made it all by himself.
